Hello Wendy, You seems to have an installation problem. If all features are unavailable, you might have a corrupted installation, I would give you the advice to uninstall and re-install on a fresh new system.
Through your Tutorial and excellent instructions I have completed all the transfers into Pinnacle Studio 15! All the transfer programs do NOT bring them into Studio 15? Your usual advise will be greatly appreciated! Regards Gert.
